Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, unworn items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods through size change, store credit or refund. In the specific case of the shoes and/or sneakers product category, the return is only possible if it has not been removed or damaged and if the sneakers, together with the box and any accessories (tags, paper, extra laces, etc.) are not damaged in any way.
